GARDNER, REALTORS Relocation Department provides the most professional, informative and dedicated service to each agent, transferee, Corporation or Relocation Management Company. We are dedicated to the development of long-term client relationships which allows for continued growth. The Relocation Department generates more corporate business for the agents so they can work with buyers and sellers with an end result of a closed transaction. Relocation provides assistance to agents regarding technical issues with the software they need which is specific to certain corporate clients. Relocation is sensitive to the challenges our agents face when working with corporate buyers, sellers or renters and adopt a positive attitude when helping them. Relocation support staff provide guidance to agents when meeting challenging deadlines.

Relocation & Corporate Services Director
Nancy Harmann was appointed in 2012 as the Relocation & Corporate Services Director of GARDNER, REALTORS. She has been a licensed REALTOR since 1982 and a former member of the Million Dollar Club. Nancy has worked in the Relocation industry since 1985 and has served as Third Party Account Manager, Referral Coordinator, Corporate Relocation Coordinator and then Manager, Corporate Relocation and Director of Relocation, Corporate Services & Business Development. Nancy’s responsibilities include the Coordination of all relocation activities for GARDNER, REALTORS (Metropolitan New Orleans, Greater Baton Rouge and Southern Mississippi). In addition, her responsibilities include assisting REALTOR’s on corporate presentations, corporate marketing, conducting agent Relocation & Fast Start Training, and coordinating participation in Chamber of Commerce functions, Human Resource Conferences (local and national), College Career Days, Job Fairs, Trade Shows and Home & Garden Shows.
Nancy is a member and immediate past president of the Executive Women International New Orleans Chapter, Human Resource Management Association VP of Membership, Jefferson Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors, Leading Real Estate Companies of the World Advisory Council President’s Service Award (2006), Relocation Directors Council past Board Member and is a member of the Worldwide ERC and the Women’s Council of Realtors Past President & recipient of the “Outstanding Member of the Year” award.
Greg is a Relocation Counselor and licensed Realtor for Gardner Realtors. He works with our certified relocation agents, relocation management companies, Leading Real Estate Companies of The World brokers in the U.S. and internationally and coordinates the sales process for our clients from start to finish. He brings over 25 years of customer service and management experience from the telecommunication and financial service industry. When not at work, he enjoys spending time with family, reading and watching football.
Corporate Property Counselor
Mary Spivey was licensed in Louisiana as a Real Estate Salesperson in 2008. She was a REALTOR from 2008 to 2012 at our Metairie office working with buyers and sellers. In October 2012 she joined the Relocation Department of GARDNER, REALTORS. Mary is currently the Corporate Property Counselor working with local and national corporations overseeing their Corporate Inventory Properties, Broker Market Analysis and Pre-Marketing Properties. One of her many functions is coordinating bids and estimates with vendors, facilitating the sale process and working with REALTORS. Mary recently received the Leading Real Estate Companies of the World Relocation Specialist (LRS) Certification.
