A favorite feature of our New Orleans rental clients is our Property Watch. If you sign up for this feature, our website will watch for the type of property you would like to rent and send you emails immediately when they come on the market. At the top right of every property description are links to “Log-In” and “Sign Up”. If it’s your first time using Property Watch click Sign Up. If you already have an account, click Log-in see your activity and edit your profile.
2. View Properties
To set up an appointment to view any of the properties in our Rental Express, click on the “Schedule a Showing” button on each property information page.
If you would like to submit an application to rent a property one will be provided upon request. You should complete the application without omissions or falsifications. A Driver's License or State I.D. is required as proof of identity. All applicants must be 18 or over to enter into a contract (Lease Agreement). View Rental Application
Before an application can be processed, an application fee in the amount of $20.00 is required for each applicant. Application fees are non-refundable and must be paid in the form of a check, money order, cashier's check or credit card at the time the application is taken. The application fee for these New Orleans rentals must be received before processing can begin. No cash accepted.
4. Lease Agreement
Once your application has been approved, your agent will negotiate and write a lease agreement which will be submitted to the listing agent along with your deposit and rent. (The amount of the rent and deposit required is set by the owner/lessor of the property or his or her agent.)
The date you will be given possession of a New Orleans rental property you will mutually agreed upon in the lease.
We are pledged to the letter and spirit of U.S. policy, the Fair Housing Act Title VIII of the Civil Rights Act of 1968 (Fair Housing Act), for the achievement of equal housing opportunity throughout the Nation. We encourage and support an affirmative advertising and marketing program in which there are no barriers to obtaining housing because of race, color, religion, sex, handicap, familial status, or national origin.
Not all rentals allow pets. For those that do, a pet fee is usually required. That fee is set by the owner/lessor. If you have a pet you should discuss it with your agent.
