By Rachel Rae Westfall | July 7, 2016

As the saying goes, why limit happy to just one hour? That’s especially true in New Orleans where it can feel like happy hour is 24/7. Now that we’ve entered full on sweatin’ season, you’ll need somewhere to cool off with drink options that won’t break the bank. Check out our list of the best New Orleans summer happy hours, and let us know if we missed one. Cheers!

UPTOWN – Every Monday-Friday from 3 p.m. – 7 p.m., you’ll get half price on all tacos and drinks (like the pictured Paloma) at this Magazine Street taqueria. Araña also features bottomless Margaritas/Bloody Marys on the weekend. Yes, please. Source: WYES

Willa Jean

CBD/WAREHOUSE DISTRICT – Confession: if you stop into Willa Jean, chances are you may see a member of our team there. We love this place, especially for breakfast/brunch. Then, our love was taken to a new level when we found about the Pies & Thighs happy hour. Monday through Friday from 3-6, the CBD gem offers two sweet hand pies for $5 or two fried chicken thighs with Tabasco honey for $5 (so, so good). To wash it down, order half-priced well cocktails, beers, and glasses of wine. See you there! Source: NOLA.com
